This project subsidized by the Terrassa City Council contemplates the IIª phase of activities to be developed in the municipality of Santa Tecla (El Salvador) to contribute to empowering the rights of people with disabilities. It consists of carrying out citizen consultations for the development of a municipal policy for people with disabilities, carrying out a diagnosis at municipal level to establish the current situation of the group suffering from some type of disability. Also in this phase it is intended to carry out the training of a group of people with disabilities for the development of productive skills that will allow them to have economic autonomy and that will increase inclusion in the municipality.
